Privacy
MassTap is used by students and families at school games, so we collect as little as we possibly can.
Fans
Fans don't sign up, so we don't have their names, emails or phone numbers. A phone gets an anonymous random id the first time it opens a school's app; we use it to count visits, to give each phone one giveaway entry, and to show it its own food order. It isn't linked to who you are.
Payments
When a fan pays for food on their phone, they pay the school through Stripe's own checkout page. Card details go to Stripe, never to us, and the money goes to the school's own account.
Schools and staff
School staff who sign in to run their app give us their name and email so they can sign in. We use them only for that.
